As a secondary school teacher at Northern Beaches Secondary College Balgowlah Boys Campus. I have over 15 years of teaching experiences and leading numerous tutors in helping students and their studies.
During the last few years, we saw an increased number of students that needed help from their schoolwork. Now with a group of tutors, Accompany Tuition is here to reach out and help students who are in need.
We provide various training to our tutors to ensure they are equipped with teaching pedagogues, volume of resources and up to date with the new curriculum. Accompany Tuition has a team in the background support our tutor's wellbeing, ensuring they can provide the care and catered lessons gaining to our students. Our Accompany Tuition team also provide feedback to our parents, not only keeping you informed but also fine tuning your child’s learning as they progress.

My philosophy for tutoring is all about the student: their needs, goals, struggles and interests.
Through undertaking this ‘priority checklist’, I tailor each of my sessions based on these factors whilst fostering a sense of comfort and confidence that they can feel heard and be open to ask questions, learn and apply themselves to harder subject concepts.
My strengths mainly revolve around my adaptability and understanding of student needs which I have learnt from my experiences in leadership, personal learning and teaching fellow peers in the past. As a student and even now as a tutor, I find that confidence and flexibility is key, experimenting with new methods of study and teaching to better the students and their future.
My philosophy is to give back the education I was given and help others understand their subject through my passion for education. I am dedicated to my work and passionate about sharing knowledge with my students. I believe in building strong rapport with my students, understanding their unique strengths and weaknesses, and tailoring my examples to be lively and practical.
By fostering curiosity and enthusiasm for learning, I aim to equip my students with the skills and mindset to be diligent and long-term learners.
My philosophy towards tutoring is to initiate and enhance growth in areas that students have yet to develop.
As well as bolster their understanding of their current knowledge and assist in building a solid foundation for them to draw from.
Ultimately, I believe my role is to support the student, and I intend to do so by building strong relationships with my students, helping them where I can, promoting good habits that will last them a lifetime, encouraging them to strive further as academics, and thus helping them achieve a strong groundwork to start on in life.
